Paul Brewer

Paul is a 20 year veteran of the Fire Service and is currently a Full-Time Firefighter Paramedic in the Bay Area of California. Over his years in the fire service, Paul has held numerous ranks (Firefighter, Engineer, and Captain) and positions including 6 years as the lead instructor of a new recruit academy.

Paul has been married for 18 years to his wonderful (and very patient) wife and they have two amazing teenage kids. They live on their dream 5 acres in the Sierra Foothills outside of Sacramento California and enjoy hiking, trail running, paddle boarding, and camping.

Paul started his Land Investor business in 2018 and has completed over 150 deals and counting. His passion is to teach others how to use land to escape the Just Over Broke (JOB) System. If you happen to love your full-time job, no problem! Paul specializes in setting up a land business for those that have no intention of leaving their day job but simply want a side hustle to bring in some extra cash. His unique twist on the land business is his love of systems to help automate and track your business for FREE.
