Adam Egloff

Adam is a recently "retired" (from working a 9-5) stay-at-home father. He now gets to spend the majority of his day hanging out with his daughter Aspen. Prior to that, he spent 12 years in the beer industry as a delivery driver and sales representative.

Adam and his wife have been married 10 years and live in beautiful Montrose, Colorado. With Aspen tagging along they enjoy paddleboarding, hiking, camping, and traveling to see new parts of the world.

When not having tea parties with Aspen, he spends his time running Aspen Land Holdings LLC which he started in 2018. With almost 3/4 of a million dollars in sales and 110 deals under his belt, he has used this knowledge to help get friends and clients started on their land journeys to hone his coaching skills. He also owns a Jimmy John's franchise with his wife and they also manage a $1M+ real estate portfolio. This unique expertise in running different businesses and knowing multiple facets of real estate gives him insight that few others have on how to piece different things together to make it work most efficiently.
