Dawn Peresa

Spending more than 20 years in education, Dawn earned a Ph.d. in the field and spent time as an assistant professor and instructional coach for beginning teachers. She found success in becoming a land investor and building her business which allowed her to retire from education in June 2020.

Dawn lives in Hawaii, she has a 15-year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter. She is a lifelong learner who continues to work on her financial freedom goals while helping others to learn and succeed in their land business.
